Job Summary:

Georgia Mountains Health (GMH) currently has an opening in Dahlonega, GA for a full time Family Nurse Practitioner. GMH is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center, mission driven organization, committed to providing compassionate and quality health care to families in North Georgia. We believe in more than just treating patients and seek a mission-oriented candidate who understands the nuances of an FQHC and practices of using UDS measures for quality health care improvement.

The Nurse Practitioner will be part of the primary care team, working closely with other physicians, behavioral health, clinical and support staff in a team-based approach. GMH encourages quality over quantity care by offering lower patient volumes and each Nurse Practitioner has 2 clinical support staff to assist with workflow. Enjoy a family friendly, 4-day work week, M-Th, 7:30am to 5pm. Excellent base compensation model with bonus incentive.

Requirements:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with a valid/active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license.
