Position Title: Receptionist

Position Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and assisting all customers in a warm and friendly manner. They assist all departments at various times when needed or assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Scanning completed work orders into internal archive
- Verifying customer financial accounts are in compliance with Company standards prior to approving work orders
- Cross training and assisting in other departments when assigned
- Manage role with an understanding of changing priorities, sense of urgency and support for the team
- Perform general housekeeping tasks within the front office area
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, and the ability to convey a positive and professional image of service and support to employees at all levels of responsibility in the Company
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Enthusiasm, dedication, reliability and punctuality required
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including a computer, multi-line phone system, copy machine, fax machine and postage machine
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Access and Quickbooks
- Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
Education/Experience/Certification:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and experience and/or training in an administrative or clerical role

Salary : $10 - $12
