We are looking for a PLUMBING DISPATCHER for our Coraopolis, PA office who takes pride in their work, can stick to a schedule, and is looking to build their career and income by well-representing Gerard Plumbing and Heating’s established local brand.
Job Duties:
- Plumbing dispatching.
- Purchase and organize supplies, including ordering plumbing parts.
- Answer the telephone, arrange meetings, schedule appointments, keep the office calendar, edit correspondence, as well as scheduling and coordinating staff meetings.
- Be a friendly and professional representative to customers, vendors, and other team members.
- Prepare communications such as emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Requirements:
- High school diploma. Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Background check required.
- Entry-level position.
- Team player who is open and willing to learn.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and email.
- Experience related to plumbing, HVAC, or other home improvement industries is a plus but not required. We are willing to teach.
