Responsibilities:

Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and, where applicable, with customers.
Continuously seek to learn and improve skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Education and/or Experience Required:
High school diploma/GED required.
Prior experience in a shop or hands-on environment is preferred; however, we encourage individuals at all levels of experience to apply. We value a strong work ethic!
Preferred: Some roles may have specific requirements such as a valid drivers license
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to perform physical tasks commonly associated with shop environments, which may include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working with tools.
Ability to work in various shop conditions, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Must possess clear vision for performing detailed work and operating equipment safely.
