Job Description:
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
Makes appointments for repair using Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule, and proper scripting.
Ensures the timely retrieval of assignments and obtains necessary repair authorizations.
Prepares RO Work Packet- QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag, by recording data using the proper indicators: R, NR, or G..
Records any communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process in CCC One notes using the appropriate communication type.
Confirms rental car information and updates CCC One with rental car usage information.
7. Obtains repair authorization documentation in order to disassemble vehicles for repair planning.
8. Manages ARMS throughout the day to ensure all vehicles appearing in ARMS are also noted in CCC One.
9. Ensure proper customer closeout with applicable documents, collect money and including CSI surveys.
