Gerhard’s Appliance is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive by nature, and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to our sales team by managing critical internal communication, timelines, and client coordination
- Proactively communicate with clients, builders, and internal teams to provide clear updates and next steps
- Maintain client awareness of installation schedules, delivery dates, rebate processes, and product specs
- Respond to client and internal requests via email and phone with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with additional projects and work closely with our management team to continue to improve our sales process
- Act as a point of contact to help sales consultants resolve issues efficiently and support clients with care between several departments
- Champion the Gerhard’s Experience by ensuring every interaction is courteous, timely, and detail-oriented
Who You Are
- A strong communicator with a “How can I help?” mindset
- Highly organized and reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a busy team environment
- Tech-savvy and capable with Microsoft Office, and general business systems
- Experienced in customer service or sales support roles (appliance or home improvement background is a plus!)
