As a Service Manager, you will own the customer’s experience and are the key point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. You will need to become well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly performance reviews
- Oversee warranty claim submissions and corrections
- Assist in resolution of situations as necessary
- Track performance and report to senior management
- Open and close Repair Orders as necessary
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years in a leadership or management role
- Minimum of 2 years’ Service Advisor experience
- Excellent customer experience skills
- Strong drive for growth and success
- Clean driving record
