Responsibilities:
As a Business Developer, you will generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks;
- understand the company’s products/services in order to connect them with clients’ challenges and objectives;
- develop long-term relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities for continuous growth;
- carry out negotiations and develop coherent and convincing proposals that reflect the needs of our prospects;
- ensure the reporting of the status of activities and a constant communication with Brazilian headquarters and management.
Requirements:
- strong communication skills;
- self-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
- we work with Hubspot CRM, so experience with the tool is a plus;
- previous experience (including internships) as a Business Developer in a startup, consulting firm or digital agency;
- previous experience with topics related to digital design and development: user experience, front-end development, etc;
- creative thinking and the ability to think strategically to help conceptualize solutions to solve our prospects' and clients' challenges;
- bachelor or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Design, Strategic Design, Digital Design, Innovation, Engineering or other related fields.
