Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage territory sales by developing strategies to increase market penetration.
- Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive interest in our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales is preferred.
