GetixHealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Director to lead client relationship management and ensure the successful execution of healthcare revenue cycle management projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client communications, project performance, and ensuring seamless operations across various healthcare platforms. This role requires a strong background in client-facing leadership, project management, and a deep understanding of industry EHR and RCM systems. As the Director, you will oversee staffing, revenue projections, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in contract negotiations, business development, and delivering strategic presentations.

 

The Client Services Director (CSD) is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the success of healthcare revenue cycle management projects, and identifying opportunities for growth within an assigned portfolio. Key duties include contract renewals, issue resolution, client communication, and project performance oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the senior GetixHealth liaison for client communication and relationship management.
  • Ensure contractual SLAs are met and projects are on track.
  • Oversee client-specific documentation, including performance reports and issue trackers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and recommend improvements.
  • Lead client meetings, provide updates, and present executive reports.
  • Manage project initiatives, escalations, and resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and explore new business opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with 2-3 years in a Director-level role.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice, Salesforce, and industry-standard project management tools.
  • Knowledge of EHR platforms (e.g., EPIC, Cerner) and RCM systems (e.g., Artiva, NextGen).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required.

 

Work Environment:

  • Manage multiple projects in both remote and in-person settings.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events as needed.
