Job Description and Duties
- Monitor and contact internet leads
- Work directly with customers to help determine their automotive needs
- Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
- Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers
- Work in a team environment
- Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior BDC experience a plus
- good verbal and written communication skills
