Description
In this role you will act as the hub of activity between the client and the agency on assigned accounts and foster our culture externally and internally.
- Proactively and strategically lead our client’s marketing efforts from educating teams on the client’s industry through delivery of marketing campaigns that achieve stated goals.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with all client and agency stakeholders – seeking opportunities to create connections between key agency and client personnel.
- Drive integration and cross-functional efforts to deliver high-quality, on-strategy creative and effective, channel agnostic marketing solutions for our clients.
- Identify proactive opportunities to take advantage of agency capabilities, foster internal collaboration, and increase client satisfaction -- resulting in opportunities for revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Strategy/Business Development to develop and sell in proposals, including development of comprehensive statements of work and accurate cost estimates.
- Act as a good steward of budgets to deliver value to the client and profitability to the agency.
- Actively manage or supervise project operations to create a smooth and orderly workflow, limit rework, and ensure timely delivery without creating unnecessary rush situations for agency staff.
- Foster clear communication between agency and client and between Account Management and agency disciplines – from kickoff through reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related major
- 8-12 years of advertising agency experience with a proven track record of working on complex, multi-channel campaigns for a variety of clients.
- Demonstrated passion for understanding the latest marketing trends, innovations and technology.
- Ability to understand and analyze performance metrics.
- Proven communication and leadership skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and assist others in doing the same.
