Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

· Strain Development:
· Assist in trialing process of cannabis genetics to develop effective strains with targeted flower, cannabinoid, terpene, and growth characteristics.
· Monitor phenotypes and record genetic stability data for pheno-hunt projects.
· Prepare reports with key data on new genetics in trial phases
· Cultivation Research:
· Support trials to optimize growth conditions, including light cycles, nutrients, temperature, and humidity.
· Test new soil, hydroponic systems, and other cultivation media to evaluate effectiveness.
· Plant Monitoring and Data Collection:
· Monitor plant health, growth patterns, pest resistance, and yield performance.
· Collect, analyze, and document data related to experiments, including growth rates, cannabinoid profiles, and flowering cycles.
· Quality Assurance:
· Conduct regular inspections for pests, mold, and diseases, ensuring plants meet regulatory compliance and company quality standards.
· Assist with cannabinoid and terpene testing through lab analysis or third- party testing services.
· Collaboration and Reporting:
· Collaborate with R&D and cultivation teams to implement findings into large-scale operations.
· Prepare detailed reports on research progress, findings, and recommendations for future projects.
