Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct assessments and present clinical findings clearly to the treatment team.
- Collaborate with clients to create measurable, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions aligned with treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Revise treatment plans as needed throughout the course of care.
- Address behavioral challenges with professionalism and empathy.
- Communicate regularly with families and connect them to appropriate resources.
- Perform other regulated duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in clinical social work, psychology, or other related human services field.
- 2 years of experience in the mental health field.
- Full licensure to practice clinical discipline independently in the state of Florida, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor and/or Certified Addiction Professional.
- Demonstrates proficiency in communication and written skills.
- Familiar with HIPAA and patient confidentiality laws.
- Knowledgeable of state and federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws.
- Knowledge of corporate integrity and compliance program.
- Familiar with community resources.
