Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group and family therapy services.
- Through the therapeutic relationship, help clients identify treatment issues, define goals, plan action and gain insight
- Make referrals to other support services when in best interest of client of their family
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health

Qualifications
- Specified Master's degree in social work or related field required, license (or licensable) in social work or related field.
- Previous experience in the clinical field and working with at-risk youth preferred.
