Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage patient care specific to each patient.
- Act as the eyes and ears of Registered Nurses and Physicians, performing ongoing and accurate assessments of vital signs.
- Administer and monitor patient medications and dressing changes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and lead a group of nurses.
- Finding, addressing, and providing solutions for any problems a specific patient might have in terms of their care plan.
- Administer intravenous medication and fluids, and care for those intravenous lines in patients.
Shift: 3x12 Nights.
Salary : $114,799 - $143,986
