We are looking for an Maintenance Tech to perform all duties as directed that concerns electricity, plumbing, painting (including furniture repair); mechanics (including equipment and mechanical system); heating, cooling, and water system; except those services performed under service contract with outside contractors. Drive residents as needed to medical appointments
Job Position
Performs a variety of skilled and unskilled jobs about building and grounds. Performs duties as assigned by Supervisor. Is willing to perform simple and manual tasks. Shows some initiative and judgment involved in aiding wherever required. Can cooperate and work well with other employees.
Required Qualifications
The Maintenance Tech must possess:
- High school diploma or Graduate of Technology
- Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotes and conducts activities in and out of the facility for all residents at all levels of care and generate an assessment
- Performs duties as directed concerned with maintenance of grounds which may be included:
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Furniture repair
- Equipment repair
- Performs other duties as directed or required.
Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required.
Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
