Support the implementation of evidence based behavioral interventions in a school classroom and specialized program environment in collaboration with other educator specialists under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.Major Responsibilities: Providing direct student care in one-on-one and group settingsFollowing the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocolsCollecting and recording data based on student behaviorCommunicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding student progressAssisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts with behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisitionAssisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in the preparation of student materialsApplying feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance given by the lead BCBA or BCaBAProviding behavior support inside and outside of the classroom when applicableAttending a variety of training sessions and other related district meetingsAdhering to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agenciesPerforms other duties as assigned
