Job Summary
The Law Office of Gill, Welsh & Chamberlain, P.A., are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Utilize our legal program, Caret, for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Provide administrative support to staff.
- Perform various personal assistant tasks as needed to support management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or personal assistant are a plus.
