Gillespie Group is seeking a Service Technician to join our GG family for our Allendale apartment community! Our ideal team member is self-motivated, customer service focused and a team player. Potential candidates should be able to perform minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and landscape work as well as participate in the rotating on-call scheduled. A valid driver's license and clear background check is required.

Requirements
- Complete basic service tasks
- Prepping apartments for new tenants
- Snow removal and/or shoveling
- Grounds maintenance
- Keep maintenance show organized
- Coordinates activities daily with maintenance supervisor
- Performs preventative maintenance on exterior
- Works directly with vendors
- Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner
