- Hourly Rate: $55 to $70
- Full Time Position: $4,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus (Limited Time Offer)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, treat, and support residents with speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Document therapy sessions and resident progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families
- Participate in care planning and PDPM processes
- Mentor and support SLP assistants
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license in good standing
- Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
- Full Time CFY sponsorship welcome; experience in SNF or rehabilitation preferred
- Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, and SNF regulations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
