Shaka Wear is a streetwear brand founded in the Los Angeles area that is globally recognized. We specialize in attire that consists of heavier fabric and longer lasting color. Within the hip-hop and skateboarder communities, we are considered the best in the industry. Currently we are seeking an Outside Sales Rep (OSR).

Within the hip-hop and skateboarder communities, we are considered the best in the industry. Currently we are seeking an Outside Sales Rep (OSR).
Responsibilities:
· Build strong relationships with potential and current customers to drive sales.
· Create opportunities of face-to-face interactions to present and demonstrate Shaka products, while highlighting key features and benefits.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
· Visit customers at their offices, conferences, trade shows (when necessary), and other industry events.
· Effectively manage assigned sales territories and ensure consistent coverage.
· Consistently communicate with customers to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, address customer questions, and resolve concerns.
· Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
· Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
· Track sales activities and performance metrics to analyze results and identify areas for improvement.
· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
· Ensure all communication with new or existing customers is logged into a CRM system.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align and strengthen sales strategies.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in effective sales strategies, preferably in the apparel industry.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Reliable transportation required.
