The Receptionist/Office Assistant will make customers feel welcome as they enter the building. He or she will be responsible for answering incoming calls and directing callers to the correct departments. This position also requires billing (QuickBooks) experience, filing, submitting supplements, typing, performing data entry, creating memos, and direct customer interaction.
Basic responsibilities:
- Answer a phone and direct calls in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct any emails in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle customer service issues and complaints.
- Handle unexpected situations in a quick and efficient manner.
- Create or update database of client contact information.
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers.
- Submission of collision repair supplements.
- Filing folders and other paperwork.
- Billing via QuickBooks.
