Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage shipping and inventory, and ensure efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, team coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain daily inventory levels of produce and packaging - Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Accurately complete all shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Ensure trucks are loaded correctly and on schedule
- Create, maintain, and implement daily driver schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient routing
- Maintain a safe working environment and report any unsafe conditions or product/equipment damage
- Foster and uphold high standards of quality throughout the facility
- Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
