Aquatics Program Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Lifeguard, Camp Gallahue. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our campers and staff during aquatic activities. Your expertise in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR will be invaluable in preventing and managing injuries. You will also assist instructional staff in program areas, ensure campers and staff follow safety procedures, and act as a reference in waterfront activities.

Key Requirements
- Current certification in lifeguard training or equivalent;
- Current certification in first aid and CPR;
- Ability to work with children outdoors in the water;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
