We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for developing and managing council wide events that support the national leadership curriculum for all girls.
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility Salary: $35,568/year to start, exempt

Interested? Responsibilities would include:
Use knowledge of the GSLE to develop, manage and deliver quality programs that meet the needs and interests of girl members throughout the council’s jurisdiction
Mobilizes and supports community partners, topic experts, field trip providers/sites, etc. to enhance event programs with local resources that address current and relevant trends and issues affecting girls
Oversees all events associated components to include program costs, grant implementation, paid facilitator delivery, and risk management
On-boarding and vetting for prospective partnerships and collaborations
Are these skills you could share with our team?
Knowledge of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (national program portfolio, outcomes, processes, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to cultivate, motivate and maintain effective working relationships with volunteers and staff from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week; some weekends and evenings required
Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience. 3 years or more of experience preferred
Strong communication skills—listening as well as written & verbal communication—and ability to communicate with persons of diverse backgrounds
High School Diploma or equivalent required
