Purpose
Perform administrative activities in order to provide administrative support to one or many of the company’s top executives according to company’s policies and executive’s needs.
Core Responsibilities
Personal Assistance
- Support the executive(s) by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents, collecting and analysing information, initiating telecommunications
- Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials, conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
- Take notes during meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Office Administration
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies and ordering new supplies
- Ensure office equipment is functioning by completing preventive maintenance requirements and managing repairs
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
Professional Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant, preferably in an international environment
Technical Skills
- Fluent English, local language essential
