Description
SUMMARY OF OVERALL PURPOSE
Wash and sanitize all dishes and pots/pans for multi-venue food outlet.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Dish Room
- Wash all plates, utensils, pots, pans, trays, serving dishes and other food related items
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and report any functional and mechanical problems.
- Maintain clean and sanitary dish room
Food Service Assistance
- Stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes and utensils and other items as needed
- May assist with receiving of food products.
- Set-up break-down of dining areas
Other Duties
- Receive and stock cleaning items.
- Sweep/mop floors in dish room and food court
- Remove trash and take to trash receptacle
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OUTSIDE NORMAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Regularly required to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, balance, use hands and arms.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, unassisted.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include rotating shifts, nights, weekends and/or extended hours of work.

- Ability to follow directions

- Ability to provide direction to volunteers
- Must meet acceptable attendance and punctuality requirements, which are essential functions for the position.
- High School Diploma preferred
