The Role:
Develop Manufacturing Processes, including specification and purchasing of machinery, tooling and fixturing. Lead process improvement strategies; cycletime reductions and cost reductions.
Work Location: On-site in our Maiden, NC location
What will you do?
Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from an accredited university required
Experience: Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Creo
Prefer candidates with internship experience (preferably TS 16949 certified company

What will you do?
- Improve safety and ergonomics of the operation
- Improve cost of manufacturing methods (labor, quality, cycle time).
- Create process plans for new projects.
- Provide quotations for new projects and tooling.
- Create and own APQP Documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, & Control Plan)
- Provide technical guidance to cross functional team.
- Design and validate equipment, tooling, fixturing, and methods.
- Validate for manufacturability any changes in supplied parts or designs with calculations and testing
- Lead process improvement teams.
