Glacier Castle Rock in Castle Rock, CO is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our 20-person strong team. We are located at 115 Wilcox Street, Suite 110. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Required
- 26 to 30 hours a week, must be available four days a week
- Must work one weekday, Friday, and Saturday evening shift
Responsibilities
- Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
- Train, coach, and develop team members and team leads in the highest quality work skills
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up
- Ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and the highest quality service
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
