Job Summary
We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Public Attendant to join our team! You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring they will want to return and ultimately strengthening our reputation.
As a Public Attendant, your responsibilities will include ensuring that all public areas in the hotel are kept clean to hotel standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc
- Perform shuttle requests to and from the airport as needed
- Respond to requests with professionalism and patience
- Maintain a high level of guest service
- Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
- Work well in a team environment
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize many tasks at once
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Ability to troubleshoot and / or problem solve
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Must be capable of lifting of up to 50lbs and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
