Clinical Team Manager, Registered Nurse - Medicare Home Health
Role Overview :
The Clinical Team Manager leads and coordinates the daily operations of the patient's clinical interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality care, appropriate staffing, and effective communication. You'll act as a liaison, addressing patient care issues, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring the delivery of timely, effective solutions. Working closely with clinical supervisors and administrative leaders, you'll provide ongoing program oversight, supervision, training, and mentorship of clinical staff under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Operations. Knowledge of business operations is essential for success in this role.
