Responsibilities
The Service BDC Representative is a master at customer service and multi-tasking
•As a BDC Representative, you are responsible for handling incoming phone calls, accurately inputting customer information, scheduling appointments, following up on no shows, confirming appointments and reaching out to service opportunities to market to customer who have not been here for service.
•Respond to all incoming service phone calls
•Follow up on no-show visits
•Follow up on special order parts
•Reach out to customers whose vehicles require service
•Effectively communicate any special circumstances to the service team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
