Exciting opportunity in our downtown York office! The Glatfelter Agency (TGA) is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team. Provides virtually all commercial lines service required by our clients, Account Executives and insurance companies. Responds to clients’ coverage and financial questions regarding their ongoing and prospective activities. Documents all activities within agency management system. Responds to endorsement, certificate, and other transaction requests. Performs rating, issuance of endorsements and procurement of policies through various carrier web-sites. Resolves accounts receivable questions and differences. Expedites claim reports. Coordinates meetings with clients on behalf of insurer. Prepares for renewal meetings and develops renewal action plans with Account Executive.
