Home Care Aide/Caregiver

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to provide excellent care and support for individuals struggling with activities of daily living to developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Assist Clients with daily living activities
- Provide care and supervision to clients. Report to supervisor of updates
- Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal hygiene activities on a daily basis
- Light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Respite Care
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields preferred
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- First Aid/CPR training (Preferable)
- For working with autistic behavioral young clients CPI/DSP 1,2 - Required
- Be in good physical condition
- Valid Driver License and Reliable transportation

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
- Complete a Criminal Background Check (clearance from FBI and DOJ)
- Home Care Aide Registration
- TB clearance and Health Screening
- Covid-19 full vaccination
- Must be able to work weekends too
- Flexible scheduling – various shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours per day
