Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Perform soldering, welding, and automotive repair tasks as needed
- Conduct tire services including installation, rotation, and repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to determine necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Proficiency in soldering, welding, and automotive repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
