Position: Registered Nursing Assistant (NAR/CNA)
Department: GlenFields Nursing
Location: GlenFields
Shift: Days and Evenings available
Schedule: Days 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm, Evenings 2:30pm-10pm or 3:30pm-10pm
Hours Per Pay Period: 60-80 hours
Weekend Rotation: Every Other
Holidays: Rotating (we recognize 7 holidays)
This position is responsible for the care, comfort and safety of our residents in all activities of daily living. They will assist with rehabilitation and other duties according to established routine, and as instructed by the Shift Supervisors or Charge Nurse. We currently are looking for staff to work our day, evening, or night shifts. All positions would participate in the holiday rotation as well as work an every other weekend.
Qualifications:
Seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills and genuine compassion for geriatric population. Candidate must have current NAR certification from an accredited institution (or be in the process of obtaining) and be registered with the MN Nursing Assistant Registry (or willingness to obtain).
Genuine caring demeanor, willingness to serve others and smiles are a must!

We currently have full-time positions available on either days or evenings, including working every other weekend. These positions are fully benefits eligible.
