Academic Year: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm
Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 6pm

Job Summary
Working within a college environment, this position provides front line customer service to students and staff by collecting payments, balancing daily collections, and inputting information into a computer information system.
Essential Functions
60% - Assist students via phone, chat, and in person with student account inquiries, tuition and fee payments, payment plans, due
dates, refunds, and financial aid disbursements.
15% - Maintain daily cash drawer and reconcile cash, credit card and check transactions. Assist staff with departmental receipts
and record incoming scholarship checks.
15% - Participates in student outreach efforts by contacting and responding to students regarding refunds and outstanding
balances via incoming/outgoing telephone calls and emails
10% - Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience
Cash handling experience
Experience using Microsoft Office or similar software
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
Special Working Conditions
- May require prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged viewing of a CRT screen.
May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the Department.
