Location: On-site | 202 Prospect Dr, Glendive, MT 59330 | Acute Care Department Employment Type: Full-time, Non-exempt, hourly (bi-weekly pay)
Schedule: Three 12âhour shifts | Rotating days/nights every 6 weeks | Rotating weekends & holidays

What You'll Do
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in Medical/Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, ER, ICU, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health
- Perform assessments, administer medications/treatments, and document accurately
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, including emergencies
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise nonprofessional staff
- Educate patients and families and support safe, high-quality outcomes
- Follow safety, infection control, and hospital policies
- Maintain required competencies and participate in ongoing training
- LPNs: Practice under the supervision of an RN
What We're Looking For
- Active Montana RN or LPN license (or compact license with multiâstate privileges)
- BLS certification required, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP preferred (may obtain after hire)
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Previous nursing experience preferred (new grads considered)
- Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and onâcall shifts as needed
- Ability to ambulate without assistance and respond quickly in emergencies
- Able to perform CPR
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift/move/reposition patients up to 50 lbs. using proper mechanics/equipment
- Ability to tolerate fast-paced environments and emotional demands
- Exposure to common hospital conditions (communicable diseases, body fluids, toxic substances, radiation)
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
