Perform of warehouse functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and issuing material to orders, packing and shipping orders, cycle counting, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Assist in training other Warehouse Associate.

Minimum High school diploma, or equivalent
Experience
5 years in Pharmaceuticals Warehouse and Distribution environment

Forklift Certification

Overall Job Responsibilities
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks using hand jack and checking in merchandise
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Open bales, crates and other containers
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
- Perform counting of physical inventory.
- Prepare parcels for mailing
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Wear the proper safety equipment
- Driving Forklift
- Perform investigation of discrepancy and report to management
- Assist Warehouse Associate 1 and 2 to investigate material discrepancies
- Assist with training Associate 1 and 2 on SAP transactions related to warehouse functions
- Handling Controlled Substances material
- Authorized to access Vault to work and escort other when need to work in the Vault.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum High school diploma, or equivalent
Experience
5 years in Pharmaceuticals Warehouse and Distribution environment
Knowledge And Skill
- Computer skills required (Word, Excel)
- SAP preferred
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Controlled substance experience preferred
- Temperature controlled aka Cold-Chain experience preferred
Forklift Certification
DEA authorized to access Vault and to escort non-authorized persons.
