What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Attorney – Litigation and/or Legal Research Experience position at Glenmont Group Inc.?
Preferred candidates will have legal research and writing experience for various legal topics and/or litigation experience, including familiarity with court filings and motion practice.
Attorneys must be licensed to practice in and reside in one of the following states:
LOCATION: Remote
HOURLY RATE: $30-40, depending on experience OT when available
DURATION: Long-term (top performers may be able to move from one project to another)
Your resume should highlight your legal work experience including, but not limited to, legal research and writing, contract review and abstraction, contract negotiation, and litigation work, including court experience. Please include your state of residence and state you are licensed to practice. You must be actively barred in the state in which you are residing.

These Positions Require Candidates To
- Be available and engaged during the required core hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00 ET
- Utilize legal technology in our workflows and to manage projects
- Create and implement processes and efficiencies
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Must have technological proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Word, Zoom, Outlook, among others) and ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Conflicts check will require all legal work for the past 3 years
- Background check will be completed prior to start
- We offer attorneys the opportunity to increase compensation based on performance
Salary : $30 - $40
