Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Jacksonville, FL. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, managing office equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing office administration, coordinating schedules, managing communication, and supporting the team with various administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution to team members
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Greet and assist clients and visitors, creating a welcoming office environment
- Coordinate staff meetings and luncheons as needed
- Provide support with permit applications and submittals
- Route phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or team members
- Prepare and deposit checks in a timely manner
- Order architectural and engineering plans as required for projects
- Prepare warranty and closing documentation for clients
- Manage employee expenses/receipts
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new team members.
- Request and maintain up-to-date insurance certificates for vendors.
- All other duties as required
