Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and manage daily, short-term, and long-range, and AOG aircraft maintenance plans and schedules
- Create, release, and prioritize maintenance work packages based off schedules
- Plan schedules and identify critical paths for customer maintenance events, ensuring timely completion
- Assemble work packages that include required tooling, parts, documentation, and technical references
- Review and reconcile daily and weekly maintenance due reports, ensuring accuracy and timely action
- Maintain an accurate planning log of high-priority maintenance items and track completion
- Perform analytical reviews of historical maintenance data to identify trends and develop reports
- Ensure maintenance packages meet all FAA and company compliance requirements
- Liaise with Inspection and Parts departments to ensure readiness and resource alignment
- Facilitate manpower and hangar loading planning, working closely with Sales, Maintenance and Inspection departments
- Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues or delays as soon as they arise to ensure timely resolution
- Communicate scheduling changes and impacts to all departments, including senior management
- Interface with external clients and internal departments to coordinate schedule changes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations detailing schedule performance and KPIs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, quality, and efficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning, production scheduling, or related aviation operations
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance compliance standards
- Proficient in maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, TRAX, Corridor) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with experience working across multiple departments
- Analytical mindset with a focus on detail, efficiency, and problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Prior experience in a Part 91, Part 121, Part 135, and/or Part 145 environment
- Familiarity with aircraft systems and technical documentation
