In-Office Services support workplaces throughout the enterprise including townhalls, training rooms, employee conference rooms, open collaboration spaces and workstations.

This person will work in a team environment and will lead various projects and initiatives. Attention to detail, and the ability to create, document, and follow processes are essential.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work with people at various levels and who can coordinate several projects simultaneously. This position will enable best in class collaborative experiences through seamless and strategic intersections of people and automation across the enterprise.

Job Duties - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for engineering workplaces solutions for physical and digital workspaces. Collaborate with managed service provider to ensure IT and Audio/Video equipment operates properly.
- Partner with IT workplace vendors (including AV, Print, and to design and engineer solutions
- Keep abreast of trends in technology and its application to understand current best practices, possible alternative solutions.
- Required ability to comprehend AV system design diagrams, specifications, and technical manuals.
- Validate A/V technology integration with third-party vendors hosting large meeting events both on-site and virtual.
- Partner with a managed service provider to conduct problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.
- Create, maintain and publish design/architecture support documentation.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work.
- Lead ongoing Q/A tests and updates as necessary and based on customer experience to include, performing software updates, system maintenance and system backups and maintaining accurate inventory of assets.
- 5 years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining professional A/V equipment (such as video switchers and extenders, amplifiers, speakers, control systems, and microphones) from companies like Crestron, Biamp, Cisco, Polycom, Logitech, etc.
- 4 years of experience in design of Cisco UC and Microsoft conferencing systems& Collaboration technologies, video technologies, and room systems.
- Solid knowledge of Product products such as Tri-Caster, Dante, Yamaha mixers or similar products.
- Required strong knowledge of print products and solutions (ex. Xerox and Canon).
- Working knowledge of interfacing with managing Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.
- Required knowledge of MS TEAMS, including NDI, Cisco Webex, Bluejeans, Zoom, Jabber, etc.
- Required familiarity with codecs, content and video display units, microphones.
- Experience deploying and supporting Unified Communications collaboration tools using integrated voice, video, and data architectures.
- Experience with workplace technologies (Workstation monitors, screen sharing solutions and digital signage).
- Experience in O365, Active Directory, TCP/IP networks, VoIP and common PC and Mac applications/operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Android operating systems.
- Working knowledge with Android mobile devices.
- Working knowledge of Apple hardware, Mac OS X, IOS iPhones, and iPads.
- Can-do attitude, with the ability to find creative solutions where necessary & follow through on issues until a successful resolution is achieved.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
