Qualifications

Customer Service Representative with call center experience.


Customer Service Representative requires:


  • 35 wpm
  • computer applications
  • SAP
  • ISO 9001 procedures

Customer Service Representative duties:

  • Enter orders with an error ratio of less than .5%.
  • Assist in scanning Purchase Orders
