Job Description:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the Off-Highway and Forestry domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SOLIDWORKS and hands-on experience in new product design and development of components made from sheet metal, machined parts, castings, and plastics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on new product design and development using SOLIDWORKS.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for project assignments, delivery planning, and concept development.
• Solve engineering problems and support product validation.
• Understand manufacturing processes and material selection to ensure design feasibility.
• Manage client relationships and engage with key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Meet with customers to gather detailed project requirements and clarify expectations.
• Ensure effective communication across teams and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

Experience Required:

• 3–4 years in Mechanical Design & Development
• Domain: Off-Highway / Forestry Equipment
