Primary Functions: Supports the Title Specialists by processing paid collateral notes and releasing titles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: Use of 10-key calculator and the ability to type 45 wpm. Ability to communicate effectively. Six months of clerical experience.
Tenure: Consumer Lending Title Support Specialist II, Category 15, requires meeting proven acceptable performance standards as established by management. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
Compensation:
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.

Primary Functions: Supports the Title Specialists by processing paid collateral notes and releasing titles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review daily paid loan activity to verify paid status of loans.
- Release titles to appropriate person or entity.
- Ensure accurate data entry to the title tracking system.
- Process authorizations for payoff - verifying sufficiency of funds received, ownership of collateral, and preparing documents to apply funds to loans.
- Respond to routine inquiries and requests for lien satisfactions.
- Receive incoming mail from couriers and distribute it to the appropriate individuals.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Pay Range:
- Consumer Lending Title Support Specialist I (Category 16): $36,582 - $51,947 annually
- Consumer Lending Title Support Specialist II (Category 15): $38,412 - $55,312 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
