The Accounts Receivable Specialist maintains receivable records for the organization.

What You Will Do*
*
Responsible for invoicing of equipment orders out of GFS United States and all invoicing for GFS Canada
- Process return merchandise authorizations (RMA’s) and issue credits
- Assist with international sales reporting at year end
- Assist with progress and installation billing to customers
- Assist Credit & Collections department with inquiries
- Answer Accounts Receivable phone inquiries and follow up as needed

One-year degree/certificate from a college or technical school and/or one year of related experience and training
