experience working in Ambulatory Care in Primary Care clinics.
The current need is to support Adult, OB-GYN, Pediatrics, and Geriatric primary care clinics.
5x8 schedule M-F. Duties: register patients for their visits, assist patients walking into the clinic, collaborate with other members of the Care Team, verify patient’s coverage, familiarity with Medi-Cal (Medicaid) and Medicare preferred, schedule appointments, ask pertinent questions during registration, creating messages in the EMR, documenting in electronic medical records, answering phones. The clinics are busy, fast paced, so need to be able to do multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
