Job description

Global Neurosciences Institute (GNI) is looking for a Bilingual Patient Ambassador and Patient Access Coordinator. This position focuses on creating a positive and supportive environment for our patients. Additionally, this role acts as a liaison between patients and our healthcare providers, ensuring patient needs and concerns are communicated effectively and addressed promptly. This role plays an integral role in improving patient satisfaction and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care as well as enhances the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors (whether in person or via telephone), providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Provide information and assistance to patients and families
  • Triage patient concerns whether in person or via telephone or electronic communication
  • Schedule patient appointments - including pre-visit registration and verifying insurance
  • Collect and relay patient feedback and concerns
  • Serve as support for clinical staff

Education Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Ideal candidate:

  • Background within customer service and/or a healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, communication and problem-solving abilities.
